Yes, for Quali, refunds are available within the first 30 days of your purchase for unused credits. If you have an issue with an interview transcription/summary, you can request a refund for that interview within the first 7 days following the recording of the interview. If refunded, the interview data will be deleted from your project.
If you are on a monthly billing plan for Scripti, please cancel before the next billing date. Refunds are not provided for mid-cycle cancellations.
