Frequently asked questions

Yes, for Quali, refunds are available within the first 30 days of your purchase for unused credits.  If you have an issue with an interview transcription/summary, you can request a refund for that interview within the first 7 days following the recording of the interview. If refunded, the interview data will be deleted from your project.

If you are on a monthly billing plan for Scripti, please cancel before the next billing date.  Refunds are not provided for mid-cycle cancellations.

For Quali^AI– if some of your planned interviews on a project are cancelled and you already purchased the interview credits, you can either:

1. You can move your remaining interview credits out of your project and back into your credit bank to save for  future projects.  Or,
2. If you would like to receive a refund for unused interview credits, please request a refund from our customer service department here.  We will respond to your request within 48 hours.

For Scripti^AI, you can cancel your monthly subscription at any time. To avoid being billed for the next cycle, please cancel before the next billing date. Refunds are not provided for mid-cycle cancellations.

For Quali^AI, if you purchase interview credits,  you will be charged at the time of purchase. 

For Scripti^AI, if you are signed up for a monthly plan, billing is done on a monthly basis starting with your initial signup date.  Your account will be automatically charged at the beginning of each billing cycle. You’ll receive a notification before each renewal.

No problem!  You can add and pay for additional interview credits at any time.  Interview credits are $25/interview.  Discounts are available when you prepay for 50 or 100 interview credits to use on any project.

No, OpenAI or other 3^rd parties will not have access nor use your data. Your information and transcriptions are treated with strict confidentiality and are not utilized for any purposes outside of providing the Reportifi.ai service.  We prioritize data security and privacy.

The transcription data will be stored securely in your project folder for 12 months following completion of a project.  However, you can request to have the transcription data deleted prior to 12 months. 

No, transcriptions are private and accessible only to the account holder. They are not shared with other meeting participants unless you choose to do so.

No we do not record or retain the audio recordings from your meetings. If you need the audio recordings, please record your interviews or meetings in Zoom or Google Meet and save them on your local drive or on the cloud drive provided by your Zoom or Google Meet account.

You can have 3 people total assigned to a project for moderation purposes to use the Chrome Extension to record transcripts from interviews.  Each project will have a unique code identifier that will be entered into the Chrome extension for your project, so that the transcripts are transferred to the appropriate project folder. Other moderators that you assign access to the project will have this unique project identifier for their interviews. However, other team members will not be able to see or access your project folder. Only the main account holder will have access to the project folder.

To change your account email or password, log in and go to your account settings. There, you’ll find an option to update your email address or password. Make sure to verify the new email or password to complete the process.

In order for Quali to detect a question and question response in a transcript, the moderator will need to read the question fairly close to how the question is worded in the discussion guide. If questions are added or modified during the interview, they may not be included in the interview question summaries. However, the full transcripts are used for executive summary and business question analysis summaries.
