Introduction Welcome to Reportifi.ai, a platform designed to enhance your research experience by organizing and summarizing transcript information from online meetings and interviews, particularly those conducted over Zoom or Google Meet. Reportifi.ai (“Reportifi”, “us”, “we”, and “our”) allows users (“Customers”) to analyze and interpret their research or meeting data more effectively. By using Reportifi.ai, you (“Participant”, “you”, or “your”) agree to these Terms of Use.
User Registration To access the full capabilities of Reportifi.ai, you must create an account, keeping your account details confidential and secure. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality or your Reportifi.ai account and password. Reportifi.ai reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content in its sole discretion.
Data Usage and Confidentiality Reportifi.ai processes interview and meeting transcripts to generate summaries and reports. Your data remains confidential and is used solely for the purpose of providing our services, in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You represent and warrant that your use of Reportifi.ai will be in accordance with the Reportifi.ai Privacy Policy. Your use of Reportifi.ai will not infringe or misappropriate the intellectual property rights of any third party.
Participation, Responsibility, and Consent As a user of Reportifi.ai, your decision to provide data for transcription, analysis, and summarization is entirely voluntary. You give your consent for your data to be processed for these purposes. The services include a feature that enables you to record transcriptions of conversations. Be aware that the legality of recording conversations varies by location. In some jurisdictions, it is illegal to record individuals without their explicit written consent. It is your duty to comply with all relevant international, national, and local laws when using this feature, which includes notifying all meeting participants that their conversation is being transcribed. We do not support using our Services for unlawful activities.
You are solely responsible for any content that you contribute to the Customer Data. If you provide materials, recordings, videos, pictures, or files (“Customer Data”) to the Platform, you confirm and guarantee that your use of such Customer Data through Reportifi.ai complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
Using the Services is at your own discretion and risk, and you agree that you are solely liable for the Customer Data and the repercussions of recording, submitting, and posting Customer Data on or via the Services.
Intellectual Property The content and tools provided by Reportifi.ai are protected by intellectual property laws. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, or alter any part of the service without prior permission.
Data Accuracy and Reliability We strive for accuracy in our AI-generated summaries and reports, but it is your responsibility to review and verify the data for your research purposes.
Prohibited Uses You agree not to misuse Reportifi.ai’s services or attempt to access them in unauthorized ways.
Service Changes and Availability Reportifi.ai reserves the right to modify or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time without notice.
Payments – General Terms Scripti is a subscription paid service the will be billed on a monthly basis. The base subscription is $5 per month for 5 meetings and the upgraded subscription is $10 per month for 20 meetings. Payments will be charged on the day you sign up and will cover the use of that service for a monthly period as indicated. If you would like to Upgrade your Scripti subscription, you may do so at any time. The difference in cost of your upgrade will be applied on day of purchase and your subscription plan will reset for that date, and subsequent monthly bills will be applied from the reset date. Pricing for Scripti may change at any time. If monthly prices changes, you will receive an 2-month advanced notice. Quali is priced based on per interview cost. The price of Quali is $35 per interview. There are discounted offerings of 20% off for 50 prepaid interview credits and 25% off for 100 prepaid interview credits. Pricing for Quali may change at any time.
Limitation of Liability Reportifi.ai is not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of our services.
Indemnification You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Reportifi.ai, owned by Calign, Inc., and its employees, contractors, and agents from any claims and expenses, including legal fees, that arise from your use of Reportifi.ai. This includes claims caused by any violation of this agreement on your part.
Governing Law These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Reportifi is located.
Amendments to Terms We may update these Terms of Use periodically. Continued use of Reportifi.ai after changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
